Note: The Christ-Centered Phonics program is founded on Scripture and its principles. We use a multi-sensory teaching methodology to ensure that all types of learners---auditory, visual, and "hands on"---achieve success. If taught properly, it is not uncommon for K4s (4-year-olds) to be able to read at a first grade level by the end of the school year. K5s or B1st (5-year-olds/Beginning 1st Graders) students can usually read at a second or third grade level after one year's schooling. Children having had two or more years of Christ-Centered Phonics/Reading often read at third grade level, or higher---some have even scored at seventh or eighth grade. The early readers in this section are listed according to a recommended reading sequence that coincides with the introductory order of the Christ-Centered Phonics Lessons for Flashcards 1-31, 32-66, 67-93, and 94-118. However, to avoid pushing your child, or holding him back, you should adjust the pacing according to individual God-given capabilities.

The content of The Fall: GOD LOVES ME coordinates with Phonics Lessons for Flashcards 32-66 (item 307). This reader is adapted from its parent book, the Christ-Centered Phonics Drill Reader (item 340). It tells the story of when sin first entered the world and then God's remedy of salvation. Children will practice reading short and long vowel one-syllable words containing ending consonant blends, consonant digraphs, and two or three initial consonants blended with a vowel. They will also practice reading phrases and sentences.

Part 340 - Christ-Centered Phonics Drill Reader

This book is recommended for age 6 and above to dramatically increase reading speed. It is also a good resource to help struggling readers of any age, and as a tool to teach English as a second language (TESL). "How to" instructions are provided at the beginning of the book.

Word lists (100 per page), phrases, sentences, and paragraphs cover: initial consonant blends, short/long vowel words, consonant digraphs, adding suffix -s, giant blends, adding suffixes (-es, -ed, -ing), vowel digraphs, modified vowels, diphthongs, consonant and vowel variants (rule breakers in English), silent letters, and words with prefixes/suffixes. This book includes the 1,000 words used in 90% of all reading materials. These spiritual themes are covered in its five sections: the scriptural account of Creation, the Fall, the Flood, the Law, and Grace (KJV).
